For assistance with sizing, please contact us via WhatsApp.	تعريف المقاس القياسي: هو أي طلب مطابق لجدول المقاسات المعتمد لدى ZAH Design وبالطول القياسي 56 إنش دون أي تعديل أو تخصيص. ١- دقة الطلب وملاءمة المقاس • يُرجى مراجعة جدول المقاسات بعناية قبل إتمام الطلب لضمان اختيار المقاس المناسب. • أي ملاحظات أو تعديلات خاصة بالمقاس أو التصميم يجب كتابتها بوضوح في خانة الملاحظات. • يسعدنا تصميم قطع مخصصة حسب رغبتك، وللمساعدة في اختيار المقاس المناسب يمكنك التواصل معنا عبر الواتساب.
2. Return Policy for Standard Sizes • Items ordered in standard sizes as shown in the size chart, with the standard length of 56 inches, without any alterations or customizations, are eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery. • Any modification to the standard length of 56 inches, size, or design classifies the item as Made-to-Order, making it ineligible for return. • The customer bears all shipping costs and any fees incurred during the return process. • Returned items must be unused, in their original clean condition, and with all accessories included.	٢- سياسة استرجاع المقاسات القياسية • القطع المطلوبة بالمقاسات القياسية الموضحة في جدول المقاسات وبالطول القياسي 56 إنش فقط، دون أي تعديلات أو تخصيصات، تكون قابلة للاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام. • أي تعديل على الطول القياسي 56 إنش، أو على المقاس، أو على التصميم يجعل الطلب مصنفاً كقطعة مصنوعة حسب الطلب ولا تنطبق عليه سياسة الاسترجاع. • يتحمل العميل كافة تكاليف الشحن والرسوم المترتبة على عملية الإرجاع. • يجب أن تكون القطعة المسترجعة غير مستخدمة، وفي حالتها الأصلية النظيفة، وبكامل ملحقاتها.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Policy • Any order containing special instructions or requests that differ from ZAH Design’s standard specifications shall be classified as Made-to-Order. • Since made-to-order pieces are tailored specifically to the customer’s specifications, all custom order sales are final. • Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has started. This applies to any order that includes: • Alterations to the standard length of 56 inches. • Alterations to sizes. • Modifications to the design. • Adding or removing buttons or snaps. • Altering sleeve shape or length. • Any additional customization requested by the customer. All the aforementioned orders are classified as Made-to-Order and are strictly non-refundable.	٣- سياسة القطع المخصصة والمصنوعة حسب الطلب • أي طلب يحتوي على تعليمات أو طلبات خاصة تختلف عن المواصفات القياسية المعتمدة لدى ZAH Design يُعتبر طلباً مصنوعاً حسب الطلب. • نظراً لأن القطع المصنوعة حسب الطلب يتم تنفيذها خصيصاً وفقاً لمواصفات العميل، فإن جميع مبيعات الطلبات المخصصة تُعتبر نهائية. • لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو استرجاعه أو استبداله بعد بدء تنفيذه. يشمل ذلك أي طلب يحتوي على: • تعديل في الطول القياسي 56 إنش. • تعديل في المقاسات. • تعديل في تصميم القطعة. • إضافة أو إزالة أزرار أو كبسات. • تعديل طول أو شكل الأكمام. • أي تعديل أو تخصيص إضافي يتم طلبه من قبل العميل. جميع الطلبات المذكورة أعلاه تُصنف كطلبات مصنوعة حسب الطلب ولا تشملها سياسة الاسترجاع نهائياً.
4. Alteration Service • Alteration requests can be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery. • All alteration requests are subject to review and approval by the ZAH Design team, depending on fabric type, design, and feasibility. • If a size smaller than required is chosen, it may not be possible to enlarge the piece later due to the fabric or design nature. • The customer is fully responsible for all return and delivery shipping costs associated with alteration requests.	٤- خدمة التعديلات • يمكن تقديم طلب التعديل خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب. • تخضع جميع طلبات التعديل لمراجعة وموافقة فريق ZAH Design وفقاً لطبيعة القماش والتصميم وإمكانية التنفيذ. • في حال اختيار مقاس أصغر من المقاس المناسب، قد لا يكون من الممكن تكبير القطعة لاحقاً بسبب طبيعة القماش أو التصميم. • يتحمل العميل بالكامل جميع تكاليف شحن الإرجاع والتوصيل الخاصة بطلب التعديل.
5. International Shipping & Customer Responsibilities • Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, clearance charges, or additional shipping fees imposed by the destination country are solely the customer’s responsibility.	٥- الشحن الدولي ومسؤوليات العميل • أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو رسوم استيراد أو تكاليف تخليص أو رسوم شحن إضافية تفرضها دولة الوجهة تقع بالكامل على مسؤولية العميل.
