1. Order Accuracy • Carefully review the Sizing Chart before placing your order. • Any changes to the design or adjustments to the measurements, please write them clearly in the notes section. • We do customize to your size. For personalized sizing assistance, contact us via WhatsApp (971563611173).	١- دقة وملاءمة الطلب • يُرجى مراجعة جدول المقاسات بعناية فائقة قبل إتمام طلبك لضمان الملاءمة المثالية. • لأي تعديلات خاصة بالقياس أو تفاصيل التصميم، يُرجى كتابتها بوضوح في خانة الملاحظات. • يسعدنا دائماً تلبية رغباتك وتصميم قطع مخصصة. للدعم والمساعدة المباشرة في اختيار المقاس، يمكنكِ التواصل معنا عبر الواتساب (971563611173).
2. Standard Size Return Policy • Items ordered strictly in our standard sizes and lengths as per the Sizing Chart, without any custom alterations, are eligible for a refund within 3 days of delivery. • The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and associated costs. • The garment must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact.	٢- سياسة استرجاع المقاسات القياسية • القطع المطلوبة بالمقاسات والأطوال القياسية بالكامل حسب جدول المقاسات، دون أي تعديلات مخصصة، تكون مؤهلة للاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام. • يتحمل العميل كافة تكاليف الشحن والرسوم المترتبة على عملية الإرجاع. • يُشترط أن تكون القطعة المسترجعة غير مستخدمة، في حالتها الأصلية النظيفة، وبكامل ملصقاتها.
3. Made-to-Order Policy • As each custom piece is exclusively handcrafted and made-to-order based on your specific selections, we kindly inform you that all custom sales are final. We are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. • Please note that any item ordered with custom measurements, a length other than the chart standards, or any additional modifications such as altering sleeve length or style, adding/removing buttons or snaps, or modifying the original design is strictly considered a made-to-order item and is completely excluded from our return policy.	٣- سياسة القطع المصنوعة حسب الطلب • نظراً لأن القطع المخصصة تُصنع يدوياً وتُفصّل خصيصاً بناءً على مواصفاتك وتعديلاتك الخاصة، نعتذر عن عدم إمكانية إلغاء الطلب أو الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بعد البدء في تنفيذه. • نود التنويه بأن أي قطعة يتم طلبها بمقاس مخصص، أو بأي طول يختلف عن الأطوال القياسية المعتمدة في الجدول، أو يشمل طلبها أي تعديلات إضافية مثل تغيير طول أو قصة الأكمام، إضافة أو إلغاء أزرار/طقطق، أو تعديل في تصميم القطعة الأساسي، تُعد قطعة مصممة حسب الطلب ولا تشملها سياسة الاسترجاع نهائياً.
4. Alterations • Alteration requests may be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. All alteration requests are subject to review and approval by the ZAH Design team based on fabric, design, and technical feasibility. • The customer covers all return shipping costs for alteration services.	٤- خدمة التعديلات • تتوفر خدمة التعديلات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، وتخضع جميع طلبات التعديل لمراجعة وموافقة فريق ZAH Design بحسب طبيعة القماش والتصميم وإمكانية التنفيذ. • يتحمل العميل بالكامل جميع تكاليف الشحن والتوصيل لطلبات التعديل.
5. Customer Responsibilities • Any import duties, taxes, and unpaid shipping fees imposed by the destination country are solely the customer's responsibility.	٥- الشحن الدولي والمسؤوليات • أي رسوم استيراد، ضرائب جمركية، أو تكاليف شحن وتخليص إضافية غير مدفوعة تفرضها دولة الوجهة، تقع تحت مسؤولية العميل بالكامل فقط.
